Under Joint Venture, ASL were the operating Company for this whole project that saw most of the existing taxiways and aprons at the Hong Kong Airport resurfaced for the 1st time since 1998, along with the new works at the Midfield Area and Western Aprons, spread out over 4 years.
Erecting another asphalt plant again within the restricted Airside location, ASL produced over 200,000 tonnes of specialist Polymer materials ASL also produced and laid non-ferrous materials at the Compass Calibration Pad and adjacent areas.
ASL were also responsible for the reinstatement of the Airfield Ground Lighting and Airfield Markings.
